Kurti: Djuric's arrest may have been orchestrated with Serbia he was released without fine

Kurti has criticised past governments in relation to the approach they had in the dialogue, saying incidents have been made on the ground controlled between the negotiating parties, such as the probably orchestrated arrest of Djuric and similar.
