Kosovo's top diplomat, through her account at Twitter '%s', has hoped in deepening co-operation between Kosovo and Israel, until she has particularly thanked the initiator of the no-confidence motion, Yair Lapid.
We have the new Israeli government and my new friend Yair Lapid. We are hoping in deepening co-operation between our two countries. Good luck!”, says the tour of deputy prime minister.
During Sunday, opposition leader Lapid won the no-confidence motion in Knesset, Israel's parliament, with 60-59 seats, ousting Israel's longest-lived leader from power.
Lapid will not initially become prime minister. Instead, under a power-sharing agreement, his former enemy and extreme right lawyer, Naphtali Bennett, will be crowned as executive leader.
Bennett, who has ruled out the concept of the state of Palestine and wants Israel to keep control of all lands, will be prime minister for the first two years of a four-year term before Lapid is handed over.
