Kosovo-Serbia dialogue report released during 2020

This report was processed by former state co-ordinator for dialogue Skender Hyseni and former Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti.
In the report the prime minister's office published, details were included from the meeting at the White House, going to the United States of America ( The US) and developments ahead of the meeting in Washington following the charges of former KLA elites. It is also mentioned that after the end of the meeting and agreements reached in the US, Hoti accompanied by co-ordinator Hyseni at the Kosovo Embassy in Brussels had reiterated at a joint meeting of US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Matthew Palmer and European Union's envoy for Kosovo- Serbia Miroslav Lajcak.
And the day after this meeting, September 7th, there was a second meeting of Hoti-Wuchick in the presence of Josep Borrell where they agreed on the text of three elements of the agreement, Economic Relations, the Undiscovered, and the displaced with their respective annexes.
The report tells of the meetings former Commander Hyseni had with representatives of foreign embassies in Kosovo.
According to the published report, it is said that for the meeting, which was called on September 17th in Brussels, Hoti and Hyseni had asked Lajcak that association not enter the agenda until the leadership's consent in Pristina was taken. It also mentions Hysen's meeting in London and all the meetings he had held during his visit there and after his return to Kosovo.
At the end of the report it says that Kosovo has entered this process seriously and will maintain the seriousness of engagement in a constructive spirit, with the insistence on the dialogue mediator closing the general agreement with only mutual recognition, fully respecting the constitutional order of Kosovo.
“should be clearly stressed that Kosovo has not taken, and will not take any specific pledges, without Serbia accepting recognition of Kosovo as an independent state, on existing borders and with this constitutional order”, it says in the latest paragraph of the report.
