Durres police reports that the 42-year-old pro-vise arrest by Gjakova took place after the Constitutional Court in Prizren has issued a warrant in charge of citizens B. C., for criminal work “Veve”, provided by the Kosovo Penal Code.
Following the work of apprehending persons in international research, as well as the plan of measures during the tourist season, for preventing criminal acts in the field of theft, Durres Police Commissioner services, as a result of continued exchange of information with ZKQ Interpol Tirana, have enabled the localisation and promotional arrest of Kosovo citizens B. C., 42, resident of Gjakova, Kosovo. The pro-visual arrest of this citizen took place after the Constitutional Court Prizren has issued warrants in charge of citizens B. C., for criminal work “Veve”, provided by the Kosovo Penal Code. This citizen is suspected of several criminal acts such as theft, heavy theft, robbery and possession of narcotics”, police report.
Interpol Tirana, in co-operation with I LECU Kosovo, follows procedures for its extradition towards Kosovo.
