Economist Sabri Kadriu has spoken about this subject.
Kadriu on the Info Magazine show in Klan Kosova said that Kosovo has been the constant element of the former Yugoslav Foundation with the 1974 Constitution, so right to do that requires its property in all former states of the federation.
