Kosovo with numerous activities for International Children's Day

On the same day, it happened that the Chinese consul general in San Francisco brought together a considerable number of Chinese orphan children to celebrate at the “Dragon Alliance festival”. Two years later June 1st began to be celebrated worldwide.
This day in Kosovo will be marked with a variety of activities. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development will organise the workshop “Roli of forest inspectors in preventing and eliminating the dangerous work of children in the forestite”.
Interior Minister Jhelal Svecla will visit the University Clinical Centre, the pediatric Department respectively. While Kosovo Assembly Speaker Glauk Konjufca visits SOS Children's Villages Kosovo.
But on the occasion of International Children's Day, the Kosovo Assembly opens its doors to children. Ombudsman Naim Celaj will visit two stem centres for learning and counseling students with hearing and speech injuries, as well as intellectual damage “Mother Teresa” and “Lef Nosi” in Prizren.
The HaNDICOS organisation will launch the “campaign become my shield!”, under which two installations will be installed: children's wolves, family violence victims in “Square. Skenderbeu” in Pristina.
The coalition of NGOs for Children's Protection KOMF will hold a media conference in Pristina, while the Regional Police Directorate will present the “International Children's Day project” at “Adem Jashari” in Ferizaj.
On the occasion of International Children's Day, the chairman of Gjilan, Lutfi Haziri, will symbolically hand over the task for a child, as symbolic of the marking of this day.
