Kosovo, Montenegro remove border policy

Kosovars will not pay 15 euros of border policy from July 1st when they enter Montenegro. Freed from this fee, Montenegrins will also be on their way to Kosovo.

This was possible thanks to the memorandum of understanding, which was signed Friday among the two countries' Security Bureaus.

According to the document, mutual recognition of security certificates is provided for covering responsibilities in causing damage to third parties.
