In Kosovo there are 66 refugees mostly from Algeria, Syria and Libya

And, from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, they have announced to Telegrafi that there are currently 66 refugees in Kosovo, located at two asylum centres -- the one in Magure and Vranidol.
A 61 asylum seekers are located at the asylum center in Magure, and there are 5.
Mostly refugees are from the state of Algeria, total asylum seekers of this state are 17, then Syria State 10, and Libya 10.
Then, from Morocco nine asylum seekers, from Iraq six asylum seekers, from Afghanistan two asylum seekers, while from Palestine, Somalia, Tunisia, India, Egypt, Yemen, Bahamas from a asylum seekers.
Two asylum seekers from Syria, two from Morocco, and a Palestine, are located at the Centre in Vranidol.
The asylum issue is regulated according to the law in Kosovo.
The law on asylum states that the right to refugee status will not be recognised by a person for whom there is serious reason to consider that he/her: 1.1. has committed crimes against peace, war crimes or crimes against humanity as defined in international instruments designed to envision provisions for such crimes; 1.2. has committed serious non-political crime outside the Republic of Kosovo prior to its or her accession as a refugee to the Republic of Kosovo; 1.3. is guilty of acts contrary to the UN's purposes or principles, as envisioned in preambles and articles 1 and 2 of the United Nations Charter.
The Republic of Kosovo gives refugee status to foreign citizens or persons without citizenship, at its request, which meets the refugee criteria defined by the law.
