Palmer has confirmed with this case the willingness of the United States of America to help Kosovo through further state-building processes.
Prime Minister Konjufca, after thanking the US for the precious contribution to Kosovo's liberation and state-building journey, pledged co-operation and deepening further relations between the two countries.
He also expressed special gratitude to Palmer for his involvement and contribution to the process of dialogue between the state of Kosovo and Serbia.
