Kosovo police have reported the case today.
According to their announcement, the electricity distribution box at the Witnesses ' Museum is under unknown circumstances involved in fire.
The KEDS have clarified that the burning has occurred as a consequence of internal installations, rather than as a consequence of KED.
“The KDS explains it has nothing to do with the dams that occurred at the Witnesses' Museum in Prizren. Diegia has occurred in internal installations of the object, which are not in KED's competence. The company has immediately sent a team to evacuate each evental danger. While, for additional details, please contact the Prizren municipality”, the notice says.
The head of Prizren's municipality, Mytaher Haskuka, has cut off the witness Museum tape in Prizren on Saturday. However, what is noted by this investment is a serious spelling mistake, because it is written “Muzeu of the Witnesses”, which means it's only about female gender.
In addition, error has been made in the English description. As seen in the photograph published by Haskuca itself, it is written “Martys” instead of “Martiris”, so that the martyrs are translated into Albanian.
However, Haskuka himself in his Facebook account wrote without any error this tong word, “witness museu”.
“22 years after the end of the war, Kosovo for the first time became the Museum of Witnesses, where documents and exhibits of Kosovo Liberation Army martyrs will be displayed. On the day of Prizren's liberation, we first started visiting the martyrs' graves in Landovica. Then, together with Tourism and Economic Development Directorate Director Seville Kazaz, Kosovo Assembly deputies, martyrs' families, war-related associations and municipal directors inaugurated the Witness Museum in Landovica. Visitors to this museum, from today, will be able to see the documents testifying to the genocide of Serbian criminals in Kosovo, where currently over 215 individual biographies of the fallen martyrs, regional KLA operations maps, as well as documentary films dedicated to martyrs. We will even in the future continue to work fully, with all of the country's institutions, martyr families and war associations, to enrich this museum with other documents. Serbia, its lies about Kosovo repeat every day, meanwhile Kosovo -- its truths for Serbia -- is not repeating it almost at all. In this direction, I wish this museum, except to serve for the record of Serbian crimes, as well as to serve new generations to become acquainted with the glorious history of the KLA and the Albanian people”, Haskuka wrote.
