Albanian MP Shaip Kamberi along with other opposition group deputies in parliamentary procedure have handed over a resolution through which Serbia is required to officially recognise the crimes and genocides committed during the breakup of the former Yugoslavia.

“In order to recognise the genocide and condemn it, we have requested that the process of denying on the territory of the former Yugoslavia and cease any legalisation of war criminals, especially those sentenced to The Hague Tribunal's decisions”.

Kamberi says he takes into account the composition of Serbia's Parliament, where 243 out of 250 MPs are of the parliamentary majority, the chances are few for the resolution to pass.

We don't expect any support from the international community. As an opposition parliamentary group, we have decided that in these moments the final verdict for Bosnia's criminal should be initiated procedure”.

Kamberi said that in Serbia the criminal who was last night remedied eternally in prison, Ratko Mladic is being portrayed as hero in the press controlled by President Vuciq.

The Albanian MP is praising that there is no positive movement of Serbia towards accepting genocide in the states where it was committed.

“The EU should force Serbia or to make bail on the recognition of crimes to membership”, he said in Klan Kosovo.
