The MD through a communique has said it will fulfil all obligations laid out with the Law for Legal Protection and financial support of persons charged with potential in judicial processes near specialised rooms and relevant sub-legal acts.
“Since the above-mentioned law defines providing assistance to individuals charged with potential in judicial processes near specialised rooms and in accordance with the 2021 procurement plan, the Ministry of Justice has already launched relevant procedures for linking the contract for quick mail, under which the delivery of packages for the persons found at The Hague's” reported in the report.
“In accordance with relevant legal provisions has been authorized by the official for the start of the procedure, and the means for framework contract have been provided. The Justice Ministry will confirm the case to the family of the accused on Monday, where it will be announced in detail about the dedication of the Ministry of Justice to fulfil all legal obligations in this process”, it becomes known.
This explanation of the MD comes after allegations by Jakup Krasniqi's daughter, who said yesterday that the MPJD has announced that she will not send essential things to The Hague to persons arrested by the Special.
