A.K., due to alleged co-ordination with the N.K. defendant, has committed a criminal offence: Deception”, Court reports.
The “trial in the case of the detention of N.K. indictees, I.F., B.G. and A.K., has been validated that there are legal reasons for the appointment of the detention measure, and from evidence collected to this stage, comes a suspicion based that the defendants have committed the criminal acts on which they are suspected, while whether these facts will be argued in the following stages of criminal procedure”, the court reports away.
