Italy lifts its obligation to wear a mask

“Since June 28th we will not wear face masks outside, in white areas, though this will always be done in line with advance measures set by CTS (technical Science Committee)”, Spranza wrote in a Facebook post, reports ATS.
Currently, all Italian regions, with the exception of Valle d'Aosta in the northwest of the country, are in areas with cheaper rules for coronarys.
Valle d'Aosta is also expected to reconfigure as a white zone from next Monday.
Italians will still have to wear masks in and in public transportation, as well as when social distance is not possible.
The Italian government had initially promised to end the mask request in mid-July, but health advisers gave the green light Monday to ease restrictions from June 28th
