The embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Italy calls on all Kosovo citizens with residence/standing in Italy to respect measures and preventive protocols anti-Convid-19 up late.

Italy/Kosovo travel and vice versa:

Only on emergencies are allowed. Later, the return to Italy envisions the RT-PCR negative test for COVID-19 or antigen made in the last 72 hours with negative results;

Movements within Italian territory: By June 01th, Italy begins facilitating many measures (that are valid for certain areas that pass through the white area) where these measures are envisioned: there will be no restrictions of movement, restaurants and bars will remain open without any restraint, distance and wearing of the mask. Movements within the region are made without any restraint; the same is true of movements within regions found in the white and yellow (without restrictions and limited limits).

According to the decree of the Italian Government of April 22, 2021, the movement in regions of Italy that are found in various coloured areas (Despite the restriction of movement), will be allowed only with the Certificate/Pass Green (will apply by mid-June), and will be issued for these reasons only:

Exceptions are: Whether the foreign citizen enters Kosovo via airport or via land border points and leaves Kosovo within three hours through airport or land border points, provided at the outset he signs the declaration that he will release Kosovo within 3 hours; Foreign citizen working as a professional transporter, provided they respect the protocol for international transport for protection from David-19; Foreign citizen passing through Kosovo through organised transportation by bus or regular international line, transit, provided the declaration is signed that he will leave Kosovo territory within 5 hours; Foreign diplomats accredited in Kosovo as well as their family members. Movements within Kosovo territory: Between 0 o'clock and 5: 00 a.m., more than ten (10) are prohibited.
