The U.S. Army's defense system, C-RAM, activated and fired the drones, which were flying on June 6th, on the Ayn al-Assad base around 12:30 local time, the Iraqi army said.
On May 8, an air - base attack occurred in the province of Anbar. But there were no injuries from this attack.
