Albin Kurti's government is also planning the dismissal of Chief State Prosecutor Alexander Lumez.
Within the framework of the dismissals and seizures of institutions by the government Kurti has already been drafted to detail and the plan for the dismissal of Chief Prosecutor to the state, Alexander Lumez, and the election of a new chief prosecutor, who will be eligible for the new power.
Gazeta Insinger's sources have discovered that already most members of the Prosecutorial Council are listed in the arms of Justice Minister Albulen Hadzi, the government, respectively, to get enough votes for the dismissal of Chief Prosecutor Lumezi.
All this initiative stems from the arrest of Drem Krasniqi, the former director of the Prosecutorial Council, who was arrested for corruption months ago. He is a family member of Albuleni's husband, Alban Krasniqi.
These combinations are expected to be initiated in the days or weeks ahead by chief state prosecutor Naim Qelaj, as has happened to the dismissal of CEC chairman Valdete Daka, and, as expected, the dismissal of the ombudsman, Naim Celaj, who was expected to send the Daka case to the Constitutional Court.
The destruction of Lumez will be one of the government's worst acts, Kurti, for the capture of the entire state, including the justice system.
These sources have shown Insider that most members of the Prosecutor's Council have had secret meetings with leaders of the Vetevendosje government to realise the chief prosecutor's dismissal.
All these developments have already been announced by the member states of the QUINT in Kosovo.
Two years ago Kurti and his party were waging a vicious campaign against Alexander Lumez, promising that once they come to power they will work for his dismissal.
In fact, the prime minister himself had declared that the moment he comes to power, Alexander Lumez will go, while Elez Blakaj will come in his place.
Let the Lumez walk back to Elez”, Kurti said.
Today, however, the Insander newspaper has reported that Kurti's government is expected to initiate the process of dismissal to the ombudsman, Naim Celaj. The reason they are expected to do so is to send the case to the Constitutional Court, as it was dismissed by the president, Vjosa Osmani.
