The Bihar Health Department, one of India's poorest states, revised the total number of life losses, due to Covid 19 on Wednesday to more than 9400 of the 5,400 reported earlier. The Indian State calculated people who were treated at home or in private hospitals.
The United States kept its highest death rate, with 5,444 registered on February 12th.
The total number of infected so far has reached 29.2 million, while the fatalities have reached 359,676, according to data from the Health Ministry.
