Despite the boycott of votes by some opposition politicians, the result was never in doubt, while Fidesz has a huge majority and these plans were supported by the far-right Jobbik party, writes The Guardian, translates Periscopi in Albanian.
The measures have been linked by critics to Russia's 2013 law against “gay” that independent monitors say have increased hostility towards lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgiars.
Hungary's legislation makes it illegal to share information with under 18-year-olds who promote gender change or sexuality. /Periscope
