Hoxhaj talks to Albanian community in US: These two things are risk to Kosovo

Democratic Party of Kosovo leader Enver Hoxhaj's task leader has said his stance The PDK, for dialogue, is that Kosovo needs another place where America is. He during a virtual discussion with the American Non-Albanian Congress has said the government of Kosovo is still without a platform for this process. Among it [...]
Among other things, Hoxhaj stressed that the PDK welcomes such a government platform in the Kosovo Assembly.
“Speaking of the Kosovo dialogue Serbia, I reiterated the PDK's position that Kosovo should be where America is. Unfortunately, the Kosovo government, as responsible for the dialogue, is today without a platform that includes principles, goals, timetables and red lines of dialogue. The PDK expects such a platform in the Kosovo Assembly, as the only place to speak and make decisions on this matter”, it wrote in a post in “Facebook”
Furthermore, Hoxhaj said that the Albanian community in America has also told them about the two risks the dialogue process has in itself.
The first “, Kosovo risks remaining as a territorial entity by losing its literal capacity to be an equal actor like other states if the Government of Kosovo does not seriously have its membership in the UN. This would be the loss of a historic opportunity to complete Kosovo's statehood. And the second danger presented is autonomy for Kosovo Serbs and the status of extraterritoriality for Kosovo, which would destroy our citizenship within. This would strengthen the position of the Serbian state in Kosovo, like in Bosnia”, it has written further.

Though virtual, with the American PanAlbanian Congress (KPA) we had a very warm and extremely conservative discussion. I thanked the founders and members of this congress for the serious and correct engagement of Albanians everywhere, especially for Kosovo and our case. Despite their challenges, the Albanian factor continues to remain among the most important in the Balkans.
Speaking of the Kosovo dialogue, Serbia, I reaffirmed the PDK's position that Kosovo should be where America is. Unfortunately, the Kosovo government, as responsible for the dialogue, is today without a platform that includes principles, goals, timetables and red lines of dialogue. The PDK expects such a platform in the Kosovo Assembly, as the only country to talk about and make decisions on the issue.
We also discussed the dangers of this process of dialogue with the Pan-Albanian Congress.
The first one, Kosovo risks remaining as a territorial entity by losing its literal capacity to be an equal actor like other states if the Kosovo government does not seriously have its membership in the UN. This would be the loss of a historic opportunity to complete Kosovo's statehood.
And the second danger presented is autonomy for Kosovo Serbs and the status of extraterritoriality for Kosovo, which would destroy our citizenship within. This would strengthen the position of the Serbian state in Kosovo, as in Bosnia.
Therefore, given the challenges, risks and inability of the Government of Kosovo to deal seriously with this issue, as chairman PDK also requested from the PanAlbanian Congress further lobby in Washington, as the historical address in protecting Albanian rights.
Finally, with the American Pan-Albanian Congress we agreed to continue deepening bilateral co-operation towards two goals: The conclusion of Kosovo's citizenship and approach to the United States of America.
