I wanted to say a few words about my contribution during my period at MMPH:

I am no longer part of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo. It was challenging and tense, but it will be my whole life's pride to build Kosovo institutions, to strengthen and raise them.

After a year of specialisation in the German government 2002/2003 in May 2003, I started working in MMPH, where for three years I built with several colleagues in the waste division. This period was drafted and finalised, the first Law of Waste Management and dozens of waste sector regulations included environmental strategy.

For the first time in Kosovo, the report of the state of waste 20/03/04 led and written by me was published. It was German experience.

At 6,06.2006, I was named Keyek's head of the AMMK, where I started running a national environmental agency. That today is an example not only for the Western Balkans and Southeast Europe. 2006-2008 was the time of independence and we worked only on rising and functioning. Like all the minimal support, big challenges, budget shortages and professional staff. We continued our hard work and went on and off in 2010 to cool off for the first time in EIONE from EEA, where we stood for a few years with the first place to participate over the board with reports. Kosovo part of EIO and EPA nightsork and presented in Europe's 2010-2015 and 2015/20 environmental reports. It wasn't easy at all.

Each year we drafted, finalised the government and defended in the Parliament the state of the environment in Kosovo, and each year was approved by the convents and released to the public.

Each year, monitoring

Environment and data collection and publication of sectoral reports such as water, air, waste and chemical, nature, hot spots, environmental indicators, land cover, etc. Just to count it all takes time to collect data, process and process to finalize as a report. It's all thanks not only to me but to a wonderful staff of AMMK that I believed in even when we were too skeptical, even though we had mags in English.

For projects not to go into detail because we believe we are champions of the benefits and behaviors of the world's most sophisticated models and systems in our smaller republic.

Professionally important to staff was Austria's UBA and Finnish IHM. Research visits and projects by Swedish Sida, Japanese JICA, American MCC, Swiss projects, U n NDP, GIZ, KfA, Nirvegeze, etc.

Millions of euros brought to Kosovo from the project the ideas of the AMPC staff included the monitoring and reporting directorate, the Nature Institute, the Hydrometeorology Institute, the two national parks.

The most professional European-class officer in the MPC and some who went to even better positions at universities and projects outside government.

The AMMK was my life and my memory will remain.

My family's environment, my home.

I have lots of numbers and titles to present, projects and results, but I know nobody has enough time to read them.

I was commended, praised, exploited, challenged, suspended, but stood upright. Everyone is able to look into their eyes. No error

On purpose. Everyone who works is wrong. The biggest mistake is not working.

So friends, I'm going to be a diligent public university professor “Haji Zeka” and work for good projects for my country. Thank you for your support and criticism. Let's move on.
