Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj, together with the co-ordinator for the diaspora, Time Kadrijaj, spoke at a virtual meeting with the American Pan-Albanian Congress Board (PAAC).
Haradinaj has announced Board members for recent developments in the country and has asked them to give Kosovo support for NATO membership, recognition by five European countries, as well as other issues that are of importance to Kosovo.
At the virtual meeting with the American PanAlbanian Congress Board “, we talked about the political situation in the country, economic development, dialogue and co-operation between Congress and the Alliance.
I notified members of the Board of the meeting I had with Ambassador Palmer and the Alliance's positions about dialogue. I ignored the necessity of a certain emissary by President Beden for dialogue, since we think that without the role of America, dialogue does not produce results. The only expectations the Alliance has of dialogue is the comprehensive agreement with mutual recognition, with Kosovo at the borders of February 17th and the current constitutional overhaul”, Haradinaj wrote in his Facebook account.
“I sought out from the Pan-Albanian American Congress, their support and lack on all issues of importance to the country, NATO membership, recognitions from five European countries that have not recognised Kosovo, the process of dialogue, the topics of economic development, and others. I made sure of their support, as historically, the Albanian lobby in America has been a strong wing to the Albanian national issue”, he added further.
