Haliti: Albin Kurti wants to present Washington's deal as treason

Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Xhavit Haliti has expressed his concern over the presentation the prime minister, Albin Kurti, could make Washington's agreement ahead of his electorate.

According to Halit, Kurt will try to present this deal as some kind of betrayal.

“Normically that Kurt will try to present as a kind of betrayal of itself that agreement for its electorate and the tendency to re-arrange or re-assemble an agreement if it doesn't seem fair to”, Haliti told ATV.

In the agreement signed on September 4th at the White House, the agreement was reached that Kosovo and Serbia will work with the US International Financial Development and EXIM Corporation, in memorandums of understanding, to operate the peace highway, the Pristina-Merdare railway connection, the Nis-Pristina railway link, securing finances for support of loans required for small- and medium-sized enterprises, additional bilateral projects and full international presence in Belgrade, the DFC.

The final point of this agreement provided Kosovo with a new recognition, from Israel.
