According to the indictment made by Gjakova's Constitutional Prosecutor, founded on March 26, 2018, Haki Rugova was charged with acting as Istog chairman on August 1, 2014, signing contracts with the “company. Ma-Con” sh.g. which belongs to his brother Gani Rugova for building the sewer for the villages of Cerca and Lubozhda, worth 289 thousand euros.
All the time, the defendant's defender had considered that contract to be accidentally signed.
Rugova before the court has said there is no comment on the verdict.
