The case has occurred near the Main Centre of Family Medicine in the city.
Kosovo Police spokesman for the Gjilan region, Ismet Hashani, for Kalxo, has said there are no people injured and there are no police cases.
““A construction plate is down. No police case. Firefighters are on display. There are no hurt persons, there's only material damage. With that the Labour Inspectorate, it's not the police business”, he said.
