Since today, Germany has decided to lift the restrictions on the entry of Albanian travelers, but the transition is only by meeting one of three conditions.
Conditions are COVID test, evidence that has passed the disease or was vaccinated with one of the MMA-known vaccines. Currently known vaccines from Germany are Pfizer, Modernna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson.
Biometric passports require two doses of EMA approved vaccines, or a dose of Johnson & Johnson.
In Albania, large portions have also received doses of the Chinese vaccine Coronavac, but this vaccine is not recognised by Germany, so the passage should be done with Covid test or evidence that has passed the disease.
Meanwhile, vaccinated travelers should have a document proving vaccination or healing, formulated in German, English, French, Italian or Spanish, in the hardcit version or digital.

The German Federal government has lifted all entry restrictions for residents in Albania. The effect of this decision begins on Sunday, on 20.06. 2021.
Travels to Germany of residents in Albania and biometric passports, starting this date, are again allowed for all travel categories.
For all passengers of Tirana International Airport travelling to Germany, one of these criteria is required:
A COVID test, or
A Evidence a Person Has Passed
) or has been vaccinated.
Concretically, vaccines that are known by Germany are Pfizer, Modernna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson. Biometric passports require two doses of EMA approved vaccines, or a dose of Johnson & Johnson.
For travelers who entered Germany on the airway, a test before departure (test) continues to be in force P CR- no sooner than 72 hours before flight or antigen test no earlier than 48 hours before flight.
Travelers who have been vaccinated fully with one of the vaccines mentioned in the link https://www.pei.de/impfstoffe/coved-19 or cured (not less than 28 days after recovery and no more than 6 months after the infection has exceeded), who own a document that tests vaccine or healing, formulated in German, English, French, Italian, or Spanish, in the digital version, is not necessary to present a negative test at the moment of entry into the air from Albania.
It's no longer mandatory digital travel registration and quarantine obligation. /tch
