Do not proceed to the plenary session vote of the Commissioner for Information and Private
We, the underestimated organisations and activists, after collecting additional evidence about candidate Enver Bujar, ask the Vetevendosje Movement and the ruling parties not to proceed further.
After the doubts that Mr. Brad has changed the data on the experience of work and education, through the right to access public documents, we've provided the complete file of his application.
According to the submitted documents, it turns out that Mr. Bujar has not offered the document that testifies to the work experience, as requested by competition and law, but only the Pension Trust report. This document is important because candidates are required to have this position: To have, at least, eight (years of professional work experience, of which, at least, five (5) years of experience in leadership positions, and only with the Pension Trust report, this cannot be witnessed.
In the absence of such evidence, MPs from the interview panel consisting of the Vetevendosje Movement and other ruling parties- were not supposed to invite Mr. Well, he gave it away in the interview.
The responsibility to check the file belongs to MPs from the interview panel. For this failure, we hold these deputies responsible: Fatmir Humolli, Albanian Mehmeti Selimi, Mefail Bajcinovci, Enver Dugolli and Arber Rexhaj from the Vetevendosje Movement, Srdjan Galushi and the Kosovo Roma Progressive Movement and Slavko Simiić from the Serbian List.
Knowing that Mr. Brad hasn't submitted the full application, his application should be considered invalid.
The Law on Personal Data Protection requires that the plenary session be submitted to three candidates. Mr. R. The Bujar holds only two candidates, contrary to the law in question.
We remember that this process has been associated with largely incorrigibly, from the composition of the panel in opposition to parliamentary practice, nontransparity during candidate assessment and the high assessment of candidates who have not performed well in the interview.
The Commissioner for Information and Privateity will be the most important person in Kosovo in protecting personal data and ensuring access to public documents. It must be professional, without political paint and high integrity. We hope that the Vetvendosje Movement will reflect and not jeopardise such an important institution.
Meanwhile, for the other two candidates, Krenare Sogojevo Dermaku and Edon Miftar, we are awaiting the capture of the full file from the Kosovo Assembly.
