The fatal accident on the <x0 highway... The driver neither forgave nor killed

The victim is Naser Arifi, from Bujanoc, in Gjilan.

Salaam Arifi points out that in France, the country where he lives and works there are no such high numbers of victims from the accident as in Kosovo.
