Former EULEX judge: I've been writing Kurt for weeks, but not a word from him.

Former head of the European mission judges in Kosovo, EULEX, Malcolm Simmons, has said it has received no answer from Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti about the letter he sent to him a few weeks ago, and in which he listed a series of scandals that, according to him, have characterised this international mission [...]
Simmons wrote on Twitter that Kurti had received his letter for weeks but has not returned any answers.
Mr. Kurti accepted my letter and my statement a few weeks ago. There have been many comments from the media in Kosovo, but not a word from Mr. Kurt. Time will tell”, it wrote Simmons.

These comments were made by Simmons as he replicated someone who said Kurti has a difficult task of changing the system, which she claims has cultivated judges who serve him as Kurti says the old regime.
Simmons has sent a letter to Prime Minister Kurti a few weeks ago presenting a piece of his testimony on scandals he says have characterised the European Union's mission of rule of law in Kosovo.
On this basis, the former head of EULEX judges has demanded that he report all the evidence described in the Kosovo Assembly.
Besides alluding to political influence, EULEX co-operation with the Prosecutor in Belgrade, Simmons also expresses dilemmas for the work of the Special Court.
While in opposition, Kurti was EULEX's biggest opponent in Kosovo. He described this mission as a ruler.
EULEX has had to arrest Kosovo politicians who have been stealing and robbing since the post-war. E ULEX has had to arrest the parallel structures of Serbia operating in the north”, Kurti said.
As the leader of the Vetevendosje Movement, Kurti stressed that the European mission acted in line with Serbia's interests and that Serbia was thus closer to the EU than Kosovo.
“EULEX has kept Kosovo out of the European Union as it approached Serbia in the EU”, Kurti declared.
