Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has indicated that he is headed towards Budapest, where he will make a two-day visit. His visit, as revealed, will be of focus on integration and bilateral relations. That happens on the very day Kosovo's chief parliamentman Glauk Konjufca visits Albania [...]
His visit, as revealed, will be of focus on integration and bilateral relations.
This is true on the very day Kosovo's chief speaker, Glauk Konjufca, will visit Albania and meet with President Ilir Meta, Chief Prime Minister Gramoz Ruci and with the leader of Albania's Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha.
It is reported that Rama will return to Albania on 9 June, the day Albania's Parliament is expected to hold the session to vote on the president's dismissal, Ilir Meta.
Edi Rama is the top institutional representative, the only one who will not meet today Kosovo's chief speaker, Glauk Konjufca, who is staying in Albania for the first official visit after taking office.
On the other hand, Konjufca will meet with Rama's opponent in the last elections, Lulzim Basha, and also President Meta, whose dismissal is initiated by Prime Minister Rama.
The relations of Prime Minister Rama and the Vetevendosje Movement as a political party are not good. That is because LVV has run in Albania's elections with three candidates who have received very little votes.
Also noteworthy is the fact that Rama and Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti do not enjoy good reports among themselves because of the political differences that concern those two politicians.
