Drawn said NATO as an organisation should have a neutral position on Kosovo because some of its member states do not recognise Kosovo, however, no doubt NATO with full support is helping transform the KSF to become armies, writes Tanjug, broadcast the Express.
He said the KSF transformation is entering the third year, but that it should be a civil organisation and not a military formation.
According to Druchun, the KSF's plan is until 2027 to become a regular army of 5,000 active soldiers and 3 thousand militias.
What is new and less known to the public is that a mandatory military service plan has been designed for men ages 19 to 34 and the same plan will be voluntary for women. They expect that in 2028, when mandatory military service will be introduced, their recruiting potential is 180,000 people “, Drechun said.
