Dragash nurse's beating brings out the OIK's épiskama in Pristina

The attack on the nurse, OIC, has described him as a coward and unacceptable, while asking the prosecution and judicial bodies to take legal action against those who attack health workers.

Kosovo Nurses' “Oda strongly condemns the attack on the emergency nurse at the QKMF of Dragas N.H. This attack took place today around 7:30 until the nurse was finishing the night shift. Praising the attack on nurses as a weak and unacceptable act, OIC calls on the Prosecutor and Judicial Agents to take legal action on anyone who dares to physically attack nurses”, it is said in response.

The Kosovo Nurses' Oda strongly condemns the attack on the emergency nurse at the QKMF of Dragas N.H. This attack took place today around 7:30 until the nurse was finishing the night shift.

Praising the attack on nurses as a weak and unacceptable act, OIC calls on the Prosecutor and Judicial Agents to take legal action on anyone who dares to physically attack nurses.

Also, OIC appeals to patients and all third parties to understand the circumstances in which, often, nursing staff are found during their duties and to be as cooperative as they are, because that is good for their health.

Kosovo is also experiencing a drama of running out of nurses and such cases only increase uncertainty and contribute to this climate.

We also ask institutions to increase the safety level of employees at the workplace, even providing police presence near emergency services, where these cases of attacks are on the rise.
