Downloaded head of “Infracos”: You're being victimized without cause

Nikci for Kosovo Press says the reason for his dismissal has been ridiculous.

“Delay the provisional board that received the mandate last week has called an extraordinary meeting, and last night at 17:30, they have sent me a decision on my dismissal. And today I've been brought in physical copies, saying that it's the procedure that I've accepted, but the reasoning is ridiculous, because the transparency of the past board that has performed the competition under 2020, that's saying that I'm falling victim without cause and no one else found. Since I have received the mandate I have no remarks that have come toward me or any work that has not been performed, rather I have taken the job with a very great will and with a determination before”, he told .

Nikqi said canceling last year's (2020) competition is terrible for the company.

“While these now go and cancel the 2020 contest and turn the situation to zero, and that is terrible for the company”, he said.

Despite this, Nikki says he will seek all legal rights to protect him as he said his moral and professional purity.

I will surely seek all the legal rights that my law allows because I want to protect my moral and professional purity because I have no fault in this case”, he said.

In the last week of May of this year, the Kosovo government appointed the interim board of companies “Infracos”.

“Board chairman Infrakos” has been elected Enis Berisha, members are Ardita Salihu, fitnet Ismaili and Afrim Mehmetaj.
