Diocese of Raska and Prizren for famatism in UP's campus: It's our temple.

The Diocesa of Raska and Prizren through a communique that its website claims the unfinished object at Pristina University campus belongs to the Serbian Orthodox Church, not the UP. According to this communique, the Serbian Orthodox Church is not obliged to ask permission to perform religious rituals in its temples, reports [...]
Bishop Theodosije of this diocese kept liturgy in the unfinished facility at the UP's campus, and none of the state institutions were aware of this religious ritual.
Today at the entrance of this object is the inscription “Jesus hates Serbs” for which Diocesa has also reacted and was subsequently erased by PSD activists to replace it with the “inscription. The symbol of chauvinism becomes a shrine; it blessed Albin Kurti”.
This DioceseClaim that the “Church of Christ Savior” is owned by the Serb Orthodox Church registered even in the cadastra.
Christ Savior's <x0 Church is registered in the cadastre, it is located on earth that, according to cadastral data, is held in the Serbian Orthodox Church (as evidenced by valuable cadastral fragments), rather than by Pristina University, which has been determined to remove this temple for years and without any legal basis.
In response, it is said that the Serbian Orthodox Church is not obliged to ask permission to develop religious rituals.
There is no legally valid act that denies the property rights of the Serbian Orthodox Church on this church, nor considers it illegal, and therefore the Church is not obliged by law to ask for permission to perform religious rituals on its property. Religious service in unfinished temples is quite common in the practice of our Church, for the temple on the sacred foundation represents a holy place”, it is said.
