Former Minister Dardan Gashi has clarified the competencies of the Ministry of Spatial Planning and maintenance of the Orthodox Church, where through a 2013 agreement, between the relevant ministry, the Orthodox Church, the EU Office in Kosovo, the British and the American Embassy, the doors of the Church were locked and within it could not be entered without the approval of the parties.
