Former Central Election Commission Chairman Valdete Daka warned a complaint at the Constitutional Court regarding her dismissal by President Vjosa Osmani.

At the extraordinary media conference, Daka said he would use all legal ways to prove that the decision to dismiss it is unconstitutional.

Former Central Election Commission Chairman Valdete Daka has called the decision ordering her dismissal by the CEC.

Contract Daka said her dismissal is non-unconstitutional.

“has fulfilled the threat and promise during the election campaign for my dismissal. This decision is not constitutional and not legal. Reasons are ridiculous and it is clearly the ordered” decision, she said.

Daka also revealed details about the meeting with President Osmani before its dismissal.

“In this meeting she has requested that I offer resignations and in exchange for receiving public thanks. But I didn't accept this”, she added.
