There is a doubt that the defendant R.J. The court has announced that a month-long detention measure has been imposed against the suspects.
“The trial of the preliminary procedure is the state prosecutor's request to appoint the detention measure against the R.J. defendants. has approved it as based and the same has assigned the detention measure in length of (1) month, according to Article 187 paragraph 1, below paragraph 1.2.1 and paragraph 1.2.3 of the KPP”, it says in the statement.
