Costett once again reiterated the stances of Joe Biden's administration on implementing this agreement.
The Biden administration carefully studied the Washington agreement signed by Vuciq and Hoti at the White House and concluded that these are things we want to see the sides continue to meet. Those points increase trade, investments, boost efforts in the fight against terrorism... We expect people not to say, well, Ahtisaari's plan doesn't mean anything anymore, because there has been a change in government” stated Mr. Cosnet, here comes Periscope.
Kurti has declared that this agreement has been reached by an illegal and unconstitutional government [like] referring to the Hoti Government.
Kurti, even before the elections, had openly declared that he would not respect Washington's agreement.
