So announced Chief Parliamentary Glauk Konjufca, who said Morina delivered a letter announcing her withdrawal from the race.
The favorite to become a judge in the Constitution is lawyer Vogan Qorrolli, while in addition to Morina, other candidates Hilmi Jashari, and Haxhi Xhemajli, who have previously passed the next step in the competition.
Which of them will become the judge in the Constitutional Court will be placed today by MPs in the Kosovo Assembly.
