The lifeless body found yesterday in Ulcinj is of former Albanian anti-drug chief Rudolf Dofi Elezovic. Neighboring authorities confirm. Last night, border police members found the lifeless body of police officer Rudolf Elezović in the Bojana River, whose disappearance was reported on May 27th. The police institution explained [...]

The police institution explained that the state prosecutor at Podgorica's Supreme State Prosecutor was informed of the event and ordered that the body be sent for autopsy in order to determine the cause of death.

“Autopsia was conducted and the discovery is directed by Podgorica's Office of the High Prosecutor of State,”, UP reported.

“Vijest” announced this morning that Ulcinj police found a lifeless body suspected as Elesovic's. The same source said that the cause of death will be determined by autopsy, but right now, it all tells of suicide.

Elezovic's disappearance was reported by his wife Marina on May 27th.

Elezovic served as Ulcinj police chief for nearly six years, until 2014, when he was replaced by Sead Djokovic. Earlier, he also worked for several years in managerial positions at the OB Ulcinj, and later held responsible positions in the border police sector.
