The Commission for Public Administration, Local Powers, Media and Regional Development has initiated the dismissal of the Kosovo Radio Television Board and has been sent to the Assembly for approval.
“With 6 votes for, no against, no abstention of this proposal goes to the Parliament with the provisions of Commission”, Commission Chairman Doarsa Kica Jeleli has said.
Vetevendosje deputies who are members of the Commission have supported the Commission's recommendations for dismissal.
Meanwhile, opposition deputies in the Commission, Mergim Lushtaku and Agim Veliu, have opposed this proposal, saying that members of the RTK Board would once have to be investigated, and then initiated dismissal.
They have criticised the deputies of the position, because after this dismissal, they aim to appoint one party (VV) board. /Periscope.
