Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has invited the adoption of this bill, which passed by majority of votes.
“I present to you today the draft bill on establishing the Commercial Court, given the difficulty of treating commercial subjects from basic courts has prolonged commercial disputes”, Haxhiu said.
She also said establishing this court would enable the creation of new jobs.
The establishment of this court will help economic development and job openings because it will enable the investment of fellow countrymen because of ensuring judicial security and creating an environment of doing business.
