China in a bind: The herd of 16 wild elephants lies down after 15 months of travel

Authorities have issued extraordinary resources to monitor the flock and keep it away from populated areas. According to the Chinese media, the forest fire brigade said that a group of eight people were following elephants 24 hours a day, even on land but also in the air.
