The form of dismissal, as well as the reasoning of the decision by law enforcement connoisseurs, is being considered completely illegal. As a result, President Osmani's decision could be completed very soon in the Constitutional, as Valdete Daka warned today.

Regarding President Osmani's move to sack Daka, in an exclusive response to news.net have spoken the Great Britain Embassy in Pristina.

The latter have said they are aware of the replacement of the CEC leader and reactions to the decision. At the same time, Great Britain stresses that Kosovo institutions must decide whether this decision can be rejected legally, namely through courts.

“We are informed of the replacement of the CEC chairman and reactions to the decision. Kosovo institutions must decide whether this decision can be legally rejected”, they have told the news.net in an answer by the British Embassy.

Her own Valdete Daka in an address to the media has said President Osmani has fulfilled her threat and promise during the campaign.

She has said that the reasoning given by Osman is ridiculous and that the decision is completely commissioned.

“has fulfilled the threat and promise during the election campaign for my dismissal. This decision is not constitutional and not legal. Reasons are ridiculous and it is clearly the ordered” decision, she said.

For the dismissal of Daka, meanwhile, there have been numerous reactions from opposition parties in Kosovo, which have highlighted the endangerment of democracy in the country by alluding to an arbitrary decision by Vjosa Osman, not based on facts and cigar-political.

Instead of Valdete Daka, the leader in the CEC has been named Kreshnik Radoniqi.
