A reporter asked President Joe Biden how Vladimir Putin reacted if his administration would respond to a Russian cyberattack on US critical infrastructure.
I told him that we have considerable cyber skills and he knows it” said Biden.
“I stressed, if they violate the basic standards, we'll answer”.
Beden noted that he gave the Russian president a list of 16 critical infrastructure subjects that should be out of bounds for attacks, whether cyber or different.
