Albania's former prime minister, Sali Berisha, has talked again today about the US decision to declare his no-greed declaration.
He has voiced doubts that the decision against him to declare no grata may have resulted from his stance against border changes in Kosovo.
The former head of the Albanian government said further that he is accused of conspiring against American foreign policy.
When he told me absolutely I didn't know, I had absolutely never received a message from anyone. But when I got interested, I learned that I was on the blacklist of the United States that I had conspired against American foreign policy.
