Dresia Minister Albulen Haxhiu, in front of Kosovo Assembly deputies, has nominated members for the Commission for Providing the Jurisprudence Proving, whose composition is: Albert Zogaj, Drjaj Valbona Dishaji Hayjosa, Africa Shala, Zenel Leku, Edijesa Zahiri, Halide Reka, Bajram Miftari, Hajriz Hoti and Nenad Lazic.
But, in this regard, Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Hajdar Beqa has reacted.
He said the chairman of this commission, Albert Zogaj, has conflicts of interest because he holds several other positions, and this fails to maintain this position.
For your information, Mr.Hall Zogaj, in addition to exercising office in the Supreme Court, holds a large number of positions in the judicial sector, in the academic sphere and civil society. I'm counting on some: The Supreme Court judge, a member of the Kosovo Judiciary Council, is a reserve member of the Permanent Commission for Court Management, a member of the assessment commission for the chairman of the Constitutional Court in Prizren, a member of the working group for drafting the fact-finding report on the functioning of the judicial administration. He is also legalist at AAB College and coach at the Kosovo Judiciary Council.
Beqa demanded from the first of justice that this proposal be withdrawn.
