There it is seen that a minor was punched and kicked by several students, while the minor who was attacked was suspected of stabning and sent to custody.

Kosovo police today have reported that, in this regard, 13 persons have been arrested and interviewed, of them 5 persons at the orders of the caretaker prosecutor have been sent to the centre of the detention, while four persons on the part of the Pre-Procedure Court have been assigned detention measures.

“By 28.05.2021 around 13:30 it was reported that the victim (A.H) was attacked by several suspected persons and then the suspects were immediately removed from that location. At the same date around 14:20 victims (A.H) have gone to Ulpiana neighbourhood in Pristina and attacked suspect (B.G.) with a knife, causing bodily injury. Regarding this event, competent South police station units in Pristina have taken legal action, in which case three criminal cases were initiated: “Burial attack, heavy body damage and Candation, specified under the RKS penal code”, is said in the PK communique.

During the intensive investigation process of cases and measures undertaken by Kosovo Police to this stage, it has been achieved that -- several persons in witness quality have been interviewed, as well as three (3) three criminal charges taken by the South Police station's investigation in Pristina.
