“Foundation Procuror in Gjakova has applied to the competent Court in Gjakova, the Malisheva branch, for the appointment of the detention measure, to defendants D. The S., with the suspicion that the same was committed in criminal work “Public Traffic Reservation”, by Article 370 paragraph 9, concerning paragraph 6 and paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”, the report said.
