Arrested by a person in Prizren, carrying guns in his belt

Police have arrested a man carrying guns in his belt.

With June 8, 2021, police in Prizren had accepted information that a citizen held and exposed weapons in his generation. The case had occurred on the “Turgut Ozal” street in Prizren. The citizens' concerns were immediately answered, preventing suspicion, and during the body control you had found a pistol-type weapon. Police investigators following the finding of the gun and detention of the suspicious person informed the state prosecutor from whom they received authorisation for checks even at the home of the suspicious person”, the Kosovo Police report said.

During the warrant, police have found two more pistol-type weapons and related ammunition.

During the implementation of the warrant, police found possession of the suspicious person and two other pistol-type weapons along with the appropriate ammunition. A total of three pistols were seized in the quality of the evidence, 50 rounds of calibre 6.35 mm, 26 calibre bullets 7.65 mm, 15 unknown calibre bullets, 19 rounds of gas pistol, and 1 bullet with inscription 9<17x1>, shown by police.

Unauthorized possession of weapons was banned for criminal work ownership, control, or possession. A 1994-born J.J., which was banned in the 48-hour term by the State Attorney.

Regional investigations are under way in Prizren.
